A deeper approach to lasting internal change

Working with the mind, body, and inner world at the level where patterns are formed

You might recognise this

You may already understand yourself quite well.

You’ve read, reflected, learned.
You may have worked with a psychologist or tried different approaches.
You can see your patterns and explain why they happen.

In everyday life, it can still feel like:

  • your mind keeps running

  • thoughts loop longer than you want them to

  • emotions take over more than you would like

  • decisions become heavier than they should be

  • the same reactions return

There is awareness, insight, and effort.
What feels missing is a shift that actually holds.

Why this keeps happening

Understanding something doesn’t always change how you respond to it.

Patterns are not only shaped in thought.
They are also held in the nervous system, emotional responses, and internal habits.

This is why, even with awareness, it can still feel like:

  • your mind continues the same loops

  • your reactions happen before you can pause

  • the same situations bring you back to familiar responses

Change begins when these deeper layers are addressed, not only how you think about them

This is the level we focus on in 1:1 work.

What we do together

We look at how these patterns show up in real situations and how your system responds to them.

From there, we work with:

  • thinking loops

  • emotional reactions

  • nervous system responses

  • decision-making

  • relationship patterns

  • routines and consistency

The process is built around you, not a fixed program.

Over time, this creates a different way of responding in the moments that used to feel automatic.

Ways to Work Together

  • 90 minutes · Single session

For women who are largely self-directed and want an expert outside perspective on what is happening and what needs to shift. You leave with a precise picture of your patterns and a personal roadmap to work with on your own terms.

Includes a pre-session questionnaire, the session itself, and a written summary with roadmap.

  • A structured, goal-oriented process. We define clearly where you want to get to, build a precise plan to get there, and work through it consistently over three months. Each session has direction and each month builds on the last.

Included: full assessment · 12 × 60-minute sessions · support between sessions · personal tools and frameworks · session notes and recordings.

  • A deeper, more open process. Alongside the practical and structural work, this format includes more of my personal insight, the frameworks I have developed through my own journey, and a closer, more intimate working relationship. For women who want not just guidance but genuine mentorship.

Included: full assessment and monthly recalibrations · 24 × 60-minute sessions · priority support between sessions · evolving personal roadmap · session notes and recordings.

What this looks like in real life

A. — ADHD, anxiety, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm

The case in brief:

A. felt unbalanced, stuck in survival mode, disconnected from her body, and unable to keep routines that supported her. Starting new things felt scary, and her mind often turned simple habits into pressure.

What shifted:

  • built structure that worked for her brain instead of against it

  • created simple habits around movement, food, and daily rhythm

  • learned to calm her system when her head felt chaotic

  • became less afraid of starting, failing, or trying something new

  • stopped pushing herself through pressure and began listening to her body

  • felt calmer, more organised, and more connected to herself

In her words:

P. — worked together for 6 months on self-worth and inner critic

T. — worked together on perfectionism and decision-making

I’m Alisa.

I studied psychology and neuroscience, but the longer I worked with people, and with myself, the more obvious it became that human change is never only mental.

A woman can understand her childhood, name her patterns, know her nervous system, read every book, and still feel stuck in the same reactions when real life touches the wound.

That is why my work is not built around one layer.

I look at the whole human system:
the mind, the body, emotions, habits, relationships, energy, purpose, intuition, and the way a person actually lives day to day.

My role is to help you see what is happening clearly, regulate what keeps pulling you back, and slowly build an inner structure that feels steady, honest, and yours.
