Alisa’s work lives where science meets soul.
She brings together neuroscience, psychology, and integrative wellness to guide women back to balance, not as another self-improvement project, but as a way of remembering their natural wholeness. Her approach embraces the full human spectrum, transforming complexity into clarity, and daily life into a practice of harmony.
Women come to her feeling scattered or exhausted; they leave grounded, aware, and in rhythm with themselves, carrying not just tools, but a new way of being.

Her approach is shaped by both academic depth and lived truth.
With a BSc in Psychology, MSc in Neuroscience, and certifications in Integrative Nutrition and Life Coaching, Alisa translates the language of the brain and body into something deeply human. Yet her real education came through experience, healing from eating disorders and depression, learning self-compassion, and rebuilding her life in a foreign country.
She believes transformation begins quietly, in small, intentional shifts that create deep roots, steady growth, and a kind of beauty that lasts.
