Alisa’s coaching brings together neuroscience, psychology, and integrative wellness to create transformation that lasts. Her work is grounded in both rigorous study and lived experience. She holds a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Neuroscience, and certifications in Integrative Nutrition and Life Coaching, but her deepest insights come from her own journey: overcoming eating disorders, healing from depression, and navigating the vulnerability of starting over in a new country. Alisa believes transformation is not about quick fixes, but about small, intentional shifts that take root — creating lasting change from the inside out.
