About the founder
Alisa is a certified health and nutrition coach with extensive expertise in women’s wellness and lifestyle coaching. Her unique approach is rooted in exploring and strengthening mind-body connection. The expertise of Alisa is supported by her dedication to education as she attained a BSc in Psychology, MSc in Neuroscience, GCert in Integrative Nutrition Coaching, and never stops to be passionate about extending her knowledge by continuous professional study.
She connects science and real life in her work, leveraging her own experiences and insights gained from the challenges she has faced herself. Coming from a professional field where the main focus of attention falls on physical appearance and performance, she has personally struggled with various eating disorders including anorexia, body dysmorphia and negative self talk, Alisa dedicated herself in her work towards guiding and empowering women on all levels.
Creating a life from scratch on her own at the age of 16 in a new country with a different culture and unknown language, has given her an opportunity to learn from these experiences and utilise the knowledge to help others. Going through various mental health challenges like depression and anxiety, she could get the insight into how it feels to suffer from such conditions daily and fighting it on your own, she is committed to support other women on their diverse paths.
Alisa believes in the power of human mind and applies psychological techniques to upgrade other females’ core belief systems and automatic thinking patterns. She believes simple lifestyle changes like regular exercising, practice of mindfulness and gratitude, being out in the nature, and surrounding yourself with other people who have similar goals help you to maintain the mindset developed during her coaching programs. Alisa helps to create a unique path to inner balance, peace, and joy with love, empathy, and dedication.
